We received several emails asking about wedding traditions, so here are a few Croatian wedding traditions we had at our wedding...

Until we have time to do some work on our own, here are a few websites that, in our opinion, are worth a few minutes of your time if you would like to virtually visit Croatia - the most beautiful country in the world (and not because I was born there...):

• www.hr: everything you ever wanted to learn about Croatia on this nicely organized and really well done website... go there

• www.croatia.hr: a wealth of info on the Croatian Tourist Board website - it's an eye candy!  If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime vacation experience, look no further (no they are not paying me to promote them).  Plenty of info to answer just about any question you may have: how to get there, where to stay, what to do, food drinks, well, go see for yourself...go there

• And a little web site I am maintaining, and now, even if you can't read Croatian it has a few pages in English.  If you like, take a look: www.LijepaNasa.com.  "Lijepa Nasa" in Croatian means "Our Beautiful" (homeland) and is also the title of the Croatian national anthem, so I thought it would be very appropriate...
